Welcome to the Supply Chain Game

The Supply Chain Game is fast moving and fun exercise ideally suited your school or business.   Participants learn principles of concept of the Supply Chain in an enjoyable game based format which promotes an understanding of the operation of a typical manufacturing business.   The competitive nature of the format engenders excellent team building between all participants and allows the true character of participants to come to the fore, thus making the exercise an ideal tool in large scale recruitment activities.

The exercise simulates the operations of a typical small manufacturing business by producing a portfolio of “widgets” from children’s building blocks in response to orders from a customer.  Participants are all assigned key roles in the simulated business and are encouraged to fulfill their jobs to ensure the overall success of the business.    Their performance is reviewed against simplified financial targets and the participants are encouraged to modify the structure and practices of their business in order to improve their performance.

The Supply Chain Game typically has a duration of approximately 2-3 hours and can accommodate anywhere between 18 and 60 participants. The Game is fully mobile and can be operated in any reasonably large room.
